2. Can we assume the Ethernet requirements to be the characteristic of potential solutions?
3. What are the characteristics of the 802.16?
4. What are the access link characteristics? 802.11, EV-DO or anything else?
5. What network signaling is available to the end devices/routers that can be tapped in to get network information on which decision will be based?
